Tooling /Assembly
 Sure Seal offers both hand tools and automated tooling to assist you in the assembly of our connector. To find out more about specific tools and assembly procedures please select one of the documents below.

Hand Crimp Tool
The Sure Seal Hand crimp tool is an ergonomic, light weight, easy to use tool available for all 3 types of Sure Seal stamped and formed contacts. (See pg. 7) For assembly instructions see pg. 13.
 Automated Crimp Tool
Our mini-applicator is for use with most standard bench top presses as well as automatic wire processing systems. Our M3000 heavy duty 3000 lb press is compatible with the Sure Seal mini-applicator as well as most side-feed applicators. (See pg. 14)
Hand Insertion Tools/Holding Blocks
Our hand insertion tools (See pg. 7) in conjunction with our holding blocks (See pg. 5) make inserting contacts into Sure-Seal connectors a snap! The Sure Seal holding block is a bench mounted fixture that steadies the connector while our insertion tool guides the terminal through the cavity. The insertion tool will also seat the contact in the proper position and preserve the integrity of the wire seals. For assembly instructions see pg. 15.
Automated Insertion Tool
Our very own CBIT-SS-150 is an extraordinary pneumatically powered and microprocessor controlled machine that allows the operator to insert all terminals into the connector in one step. (See pg. 15) This machine is available for lease directly from Sure Seal Connections.
